Noel became known not simply for outstanding quality of services, but for exceeding expectations every time. Today, the oft-cited, little-used art of listening—really listening—sits at the center of Noel’s promise to his clientele: Every cut and colour is styled to work with their, unique circumstances—from family life to work pressures—and not the reverse.
“Maybe traffic was a mess, and your boss is rotten,” he says. “But for at least the hour or two that you’re here in the salon, all of that noise settles down. Because the experience is all about tending to you, and your needs alone.”
